Website hosting and customer support at it's very best!

This is my very first time to write a review on any service I have ever used. Simply I never felt that I owe this much to any service provider before.
This is my third year with NZ Web IT and the seventh anniversary for my website. I have struggled for the first four years moving almost ever couple of months to a new hosting company.
It was like an impossible balance to achieve, either they are VERY expensive for my little business to afford or cheap and NASTY. I have found even cheaper than NZ Web IT and believe it or not some with unlimited literally everything (Space, Bandwidth etc..) but this comes also with unlimited down time and unlimited ignorance.
A friend told me about NZ Web IT, I thought I will give it a go. From the first day I was stumped, what a high standard these people are maintaining. Customer service, and for the first time I saw what CUSTOMER SATISFACTION really means; they will bend backward and forward to please you and ensure their customers satisfaction. Service is just excellent and a dash above every one else. Pricing wise they are just unbeatable, I mean where else can you get a hosting account with a free domain name and MySQL and ADD-ON domains and LIVE SUPPORT and I mean "LIVE" plus toll free help and sales lines for $1.95/Month.
I think I will never say enough about these people, but at least now I feel that on top of recommending them to every one looking for a host I have said in public what I always wanted to express Appreciation to a great company, service and staff. Keep it up guys, and keep us always proud of you.

Great service, great pricing and great support,

Soon I will start my third year with nzwebit.
I believe that after 3 years of great service an support that I received from these people they deserve a word of recognition.
As many of their clients I didn't expect much when I signed for a $4.95/month plan, I was attracted by the huge space, bandwidth and the endless features they have and keep adding to all the hosting plans latest was the free domain name registration even with monthly payment option, free add-on domains, and the member's forum.
After three years and now that I believe that I have a bit of experience, I say NZWEBIT have provided more than all my expectations.
Great service and features, they upgraded my accounts 3 times without costing me a dime, I have never got a charge for any extra service from them, all I asked for was added to my accounts free.
To make it short great company, most reliable service, and very responsive and friendly support. Got to say LIVE support live online chatting, live toll free phone lines and even live when I email them and get an answer within less than an hour in many cases.

Best customer support I have ever seen,

nzwebit.com has been always good with customer support.
but after the new live support they introduced, they simply rock.
pricing is the lowest (from $1.95 including free domain name) features like MySQL, add on domains, subdomains, forums etc.. are all included free. even if I send them an email for a general query I get a reply within an hour. What else could you possibly want?

I would just like to take the time to comment on your exceptional service. Recently I needed to change servers because of an issue with a few of my clients websites. This was a task I wasn't looking forward to, as the sites that needed to be transferred were running e-commerce solutions and that these sites could be offline for a number of hours look like a definite possibility. However, thanks to the support and reassurance from the support team and Wendy in particular, the whole process couldn't have been smoother. Not only did they keep me informed of what was happening, they also went that extra bit further and help setup the transferred accounts.

Here is the cheapest web hosting company I have found.
I host 4 of my websites with them.
When I signed up one of my web sites with NZWEBIT.com did not expect much. But I received such good service that I ended up with 4 of my 5 websites with them. Any time I ask a question in an email I received an answer with in two hours.

As everyone in the club knows, we encountered difficulties in April because the support options offered by the old hosting company were sub-par, extending our down time into weeks. Comments about business: When I first signed up with NZWEBIT I didn't expect much.
I was attracted by the free domain registration and big space, also that they offer MySQL and Add-On domains at no extra charges.
Now after a year of hosting my website with them, I would greatly recommend this company to everyone.
You get a lot more than what you pay.
Some of the features I got with my hosting plan (I'm only paying monthly) are: Free domain name registration and renewal, 5 MySQL DBs (and they gave me an extra one at no charge), CPanel currently 8.8 and always upgraded to the latest, 3 add-on domains, 20 subdomains to name a few.
Also the quality of service and customer support matches the most expensive companies out there, for example 4 toll free numbers, live support chat line on the website and in all their e-mails (available at leat 20 hours a day), newly introduced members forum, most of the additional services are free. and the most important thing I noticed is that they will do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer.
Catches and pros, I'm still to find one.
